(in Cave Creek) Our April property sales were 33, up from 23 in April of 2021 and 26.9% higher than the 26 sales last month. April 2022 sales were at their highest level compared to April of 2021 and 2020. April YTD sales of 91 are running 71.7% ahead of last year’s year-to-date sales of 53.

The April 2022 selling price vs list price of 99.4% was down from 105.3% last month and down from 99.5% in April of last year.
